Wine Tasting @ Las Delicias, Citta Mall

Alright, this is the continuation from my previous post which I mentioned before. Once Shirnie & I were done in KLCC, we started our journey to Citta Mall for a wine tasting session hosted by Six Cents & Las Delicias. If you must know, Six Cents is a website which offers great deals & bargains on food & beverage only. But... there must be a catch behind these deals right? You’re wrong! You do not need to spend any money to get those deals; all you need to do is create an account & you can start to download any deals offered in the website for FREE. So if you’re a foodie lover like me, this is a must-go-website because they have lots of amazing offers on F&B. *winks*

Las Delicias, Citta Mall.


Four different types of wines were chosen by the manager of Las Delicias; two white wines & two red winess. Personally I prefer wine white; this I know very well from my wine drinking experiences with my dad & his friends. *giggles*

At Las Delicias, they served a wide range of western meals. There is a fine ensemble of mouth watering cuisines such as Spanish Cold Cut Platters, Braised Lamb Shank, Pork Bacon & Scallop Pasta, Snapper Chermoula, Prawn a la Anchovies Pasta, River Prawn Pasta, Duck Confit & many more delicacies. As for desserts Cheesecakes, Cream Cakes and Coffee & Brownies are irresistible.



I absolutely love their beef meatball tarts; it was so so so good. *drools*

Bernd explained every single detail of the wines before he opened it up. I like the way he explained it because he made me even more excited & curious to taste the wines. Not only that, he personally chosen these wines for us. *big wide smile*


This is by far my favorite wine of the night, Gruner Veltliner (2011). It has a sweet fruity flavor, which explains why I love this wine so much. teehee.

I enjoyed drinking the wines especially the white ones. As for the red wines, I'm pretty sure my dad would have love it more because he enjoys red wine more than me. Actually, I'm still learning the proper way of drinking wine. FYI, you don't just drink & swallow it; there are techniques in tasting wine. Well that means I need more practice; as the saying goes, practice makes perfect. hehe. *winks* So if you’re tempted to try out the wines at Las Delicias, here is their address. *smiles*

Shu Emura Glitter Party @ KLCC

I just had one crazy hectic week; attended a few events, rushing for assignment & of course, parties at the end of the week. That roughly sums up all I think. haha. Without realizing it, it's already the last week of June! This year passes by fast, like super fast in my opinion; I still couldn’t believe it that less than a week time, half of the year will be gone. This makes me to appreciate the moments I have even more especially with my love ones. Bear in mind, life is short so cherish every moment that comes by. :)

So last Thursday, I had a girl’s day out with my sweetest sister, Shirnie. We are becoming inseparable. *giggles* We went to KLCC for Jane’s party in collaboration with Shu Emura. FYI, previously Jane won the second round in the KLCC Lifestyle Blogger contest so her prize sponsor was Shu Emura. A number of bloggers & Jane’s friends went for the party where all of us had a make up lesson with Shu Emura Chief Make Up Artist, Lisa.



Lisa is such an amazing make up artist. She was explaining & demonstrating  the new Glitter Collection make up which suits Asian skin.


I couldn’t take a lot of photos during the demonstration cause the place I was standing at was not strategic at all. *smack forehead*

Each of us also received a lipstick from Shu Emura Rouge Unlimited collection upon leaving. *smiles* Once the party ended, Shirnie, Yuki & I went for high tea at Dome. The garlic cheesy wedges served in Dome is really good, I highly recommend anyone to try it if you’re a big fan of cheesy wedges like me. *winks* Shortly after that we went for a stroll in the park & did a little ‘photoshoot’ as seen in my previous post. hehe. Thank you so much to Yuki for being my photographer; she has good eyes if you know what I mean. Our day didn’t ended here, we continued our outing somewhere else which I will reveal it in my next blog post. Something to look forward to. teehee. ^^

Fashion Forward | Nude & Prints

Nowadays, one of the things  I love to do is dolling up myself in pretty clothes & make up. This will most probably explain why I tend to wear my new clothes as soon as possible after getting them; it’s like the clothes are calling out to my name. haha! So one of my latest haul is the Designer-inspired Architectural Accent Dress from Whitesoot. The first impression this dress gave me was that it is something that Kate Middleton would wear; classy, elegant yet simple enough to stand out on its own. This dress features a big bow on the left shoulder & a folded extension on the skirt.

Hennessy Artistry @ Straits Quay Convention Centre, Penang

To kick start my post , I want to say that I’m so grateful for everything in my life. Also not forgetting the amazing people in my life whom I'm fortunate enough to have know so far. Honestly, I have been receiving many new opportunities nowadays due to blogging & this has allows me to experience so many new things in life. I’ve never expected this to happen. I’m not famous nor do I have any outstanding talent so to be given all these opportunities, I am truly blessed. I want to thank each person who have approach me so far for events, reviews, advertorials & sponsorship. I am very honor that you chose me alongside with the other prominent bloggers (who are much more famous & well known than me). Thank you very much! *sends flying kiss* ♥

If you have been following me on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook, you will definitely know that recently I was in Penang for one of the most anticipating party of the year, Hennessy Artistry! *jumps in the air*

First & foremost, I got to express my gratitude to Hennessy Malaysia & G2 for sponsoring me an all paid trip to Penang to party at Hennessy Artistry (HA) alongside with other 19 bloggers. Yes, that includes the flight, accommodation & food, all fully sponsored by Hennessy Malaysia! Thank you thank you thank you so so so much! *big wide smile* Started off our journey on Saturday morning in which we took a flight under MAS to Penang where we reached just in time for our lunch. Once done with lunch, we went for the press conference where we met & greet the artists performing at HA.

Hennessy Malaysia had invited 5 well known artists to perform. They are Suki Low, Andy Moor, Lolipop F, Earnest C & Ramsey Westwood.

I realize they are very alert to the cameras. I was so happy when they noticed my small Sony Nex-5 among all the big DSLR & they looked right into my camera. ^^


Many Lolipop F fans love this picture once I posted in my Facebook wall; not only they shared it out but a few of them messaged me in person whether they can use my picture in their website! This only shows how famous Lolipop F is! *jaw drops*


After the press conference, all of us were driven to our stay at G Hotel. This hotel is to-die-for! I was stunted for a while when we arrived at the hotel. I didn’t know the hotel we were going to stay was so luxurious! I literally fall in love when I stepped into my room; the king size bed was an absolute love. Best part of all, I had the whole room all to myself! *evil grins* I almost didn’t had the heart to get out of the bed once I lie down on it. The next time I go to Penang, I will definitely stay in this hotel. teehee!



I didn’t managed to go for dinner with the rest because I needed more rest; for me sleep overpower food any time especially when I’m exhausted. Luckily I did took the extra couple of hours to rest or not, I doubt I was able to last throughout the night. Sleep is essential I tell you. haha. :P

I was in need for some pampering so I decided to go to the hair saloon located inside G Hotel itself. Asked the hair stylist to style my hair for the big night in HA & it only cost me RM45. I expected to be more expensive since it was located inside a prestigious hotel but it was not, lucky me. hehe! I love it how she styled my hair; making me wish I have a personal hairstylist at home. *day dreams*



Courtesy to Hennessy Malaysia, all of us were given a media pass which enabled us to party at the VIP zone. The best part of being in the VIP area was that the stage was right next to us allowing us to capture close up photos of the artists. In fact, some of us even managed to touch & shake hands with the artists while they were performing! I’m very sure those girls were going out of their mind when it happened. xD

Our table were supplied with Hennessy V.S.O.P the whole time; I don’t think I saw the table being empty. Wee~


Ashley was definitely ready to rock this party like there was no tomorrow.

The performance continued with Suki taking on the stage by singing a remix of hits songs from international artists. She performed her debut single as well. I think her singing improved a lot since her days in ‘One in a Million’ competition. Well done Suki! FYI, she was the only female artist performed during HA.

Ashley Mah; this girl can party hard! I also can’t keep up with her. hahaha…


I think the highlight of the night was Lolipop F; the boy band consisted Owodog, Fabien, Awayne & William. Once they came up on stage, everyone was screaming for them. Their performance were certainly full of energy! The non-stop dancing made all the ladies in the room going goo-goo-gaa-gaa over them. I was amazed when they started off their performance by spinning each other in the air; now that’s what you called a show stopper. ;)

Once Lolipop F left the stage, DJ Andy kept the party going by spinning crazy remix of electronic dance music.


The last artist to perform was DJ Earnest C. He really ended the night with a big bang by playing out-of-the-world remix of international hits songs. His songs gotten me dancing non-stop which explains why I don’t have a photo of him spinning during HA. *smack forehead* I was so obsessed with his songs that I totally forgotten to take his picture; this only goes to show how awesome his songs were! *boom boom pow*

Naomi was dancing non-stop when the DJs were spinning.

Also, I managed to meet up with Nicole as she is from Penang. All these while we were communicating through Facebook & Twitter. It was so nice meeting her in person & not to mention, she is so pretty too! *hugs*


This is my first time ever to experience HA in other state beside Kuala Lumpur. I got to say Penang crowd did not disappoint me. hehe. The place were packed by 9pm! Not only that, everyone was dancing & drinking the whole night. I am certain the crowd enjoyed all the Hennessy mixtures as the bartenders were busy accommodating to everyone’s requests. Personally I still love Hennessy Apple the best; just can’t get enough of it. *giggles* Once again, thanks a million to Hennessy Malaysia for this unforgettable party experience in Penang. You guys are seriously the BEST! This only makes me love Hennessy V.S.O.P. more & more. Though this round has just ended, I’m already looking forward to the next one! :)))
