I feel like a goddess… in this dress I mean. *giggles* I bet most, if not all girls used to dream of being a princess when they were just small little infants. I am the same as well despite back then I was quite boyish. lol. Since I couldn’t be any royalty princess so the only princess I can be was my parents’ little princess. That itself is more satisfying than anything else when I was a child & this Grecian Keyhole Dress from Oh Popsicles gave me the exact same feeling. Even my mum said I look like a small little girl in this cutesy dress. Yes, I’m a Mummy’s girl. *proudly admits* It comes in four colors which are nude pink (the one I’m wearing), yellow, black & blue. If you’re one of the taller girls (which I envy so much), this dress can be a long top for you instead. :)

Pssst… I love the sexy slits at the front & back of the dress which can be adjust accordingly to ones liking. *winks*

Pretty ladies & handsome gentlemen, I have created a new segment called ‘Fashion Forward’. I’m pretty sure most of you realize that I have been updating quite often about the clothes I wear; hence I thought I made it easier for everyone to view by having a small special segment for it. Thus, look out for more #ootd posts! I have lots more to update but haven’t gotten the chance to do so yet. lol… By the way, what do you think of my laid-back-casual look? I absolutely adore this blouse because it’s so comfortable yet subtlety sexy with it’s semi-transparent chiffon. I was told that this blouse portraits certain princess feel too. *waves my hand like a princess* hehe. I regretted that I didn’t photos of the shorts because it actually has beautiful studs on it but got covered up by the top only. I’ll take an up-close photo of the details soon. Wait for it yea. ;)

Fashion Forward | Sweet Pastel

I used to be afraid to pose in front of the camera but now, thanks to a few practices I’m getting more comfortable. *claps hands* However all the shoots I did so far are purely casual & fun. Nothing serious is going on when I mention photoshoot cause I know some of you thought I’m venturing into modeling when I’m not. A number of my friends did actually messaged me asking if I’m working as a model now. It really does flatter me to hear that but in reality, I don’t have all the requirements to be one. haha! Like I said before, all these so-called-photoshoot are personal, carefree & just playing around with the camera. Anyways, below are shots taken from my latest fashion shoot featuring Oh Popsicles's dresses. Once again, thank you so much to Oh Popsicles for sponsoring me their beautiful clothing line. :)))

Number one look: Demure Cutout Maxi Dress (Sold Out Item)

Dipped hem skirt/dress has been a huge trend in the fashion industry. I must say this is a very sweet feminine piece. It features a sweetheart bustier at the top while at the bottom it’s a maxi chiffon skirt with dipped hem. It also has an elastic back for a comfortable fit. One of the things I like about this dress is the cutout sides. I’m a huge fan of cutout designs. :3









Number two outfit: ASOS Peplum Dress

It is available in four colors which are Pastel Blue, Fiery Red, Seductive Black & Mysterious Blue. As you can see, mine is in Pastel Blue color which is also sold out at the moment. I know right; almost everything I chose is sold out. lol. But fret not! This dress is restockable in all colors! *yays* This dress is an inspired piece from ASOS bandeau dress with peplum details. The pleated bust area is lightly padded with rubber strips to prevent slipping where as the back features a metallic gold back zipper. Extremely figure flattering; good news for those who have voluptuous body figure. *winks*









One thing I would like to point out to you girls & boys out there. Personally I don’t follow trends because the trend circle always repeat itself. So I always advise everyone to wear whatever they like; don’t care whether is the ‘in’ thing or is the ‘old’ thing. Don’t pay so much attention about what other people say about your style. Because in the end as long you love it, you’ll be the one who is happy isn’t it. Be adventurous & experiment with all sort of styles. You might never know which one suits you the best until you try.*winks*

MODA 22 Anniversary Celebrates Innovation with Samsung

Recently MODA (Malaysian Official Designers Association) celebrated their 22 anniversary by having a large scale fashion show held in Pavilion. As a matter of fact, they collaborated with Samsung by making their fashion show theme based on Samsung Galaxy S3. MODA had organized two fashion showcase on the same day, one in the afternoon & the other one at night. Since I had already made plan for the night so I didn’t managed to witness the Gala Night showcase, instead I attended the Young Designer Competiton showcase. Also this would not be possible without Don Chan; thank you for the invitation! *big wide smile*

In the Malaysia Young Designers’ Competition, all of the participants were asked to create three outfits based on Samsung Galaxy S3 design. A total of 10 up coming talented designers were put in teams of 3 (composed of a designer, a hairstylist & a make-up artist) to come out with a collection of three outfits that best present the competition's theme. Hence, all 10 teams’ design were inspired by Samsung Galaxy S3 which ‘Celebrates Innovation’.

The winning designers for the top three Samsung Galaxy SIII flip cover designs were Eddie Cheow, Frisca Dewi Mulia & Julia Leong & each of them won RM2000 cash!


Overall, I felt it was a good fashion showcase & I was astounded by certain designs. Personally I like Nigel Chia’s designs the most compare to the rest because I love bold colors & the over dramatic effect. Not to mention his heels designs are-to-die-for with the ‘bling’ effect I called it. *winks* Another set of apparel which I really like a lot was Hyachinte Kaur’s collection. I like the way she played around with the colors of black & white to create an eye-catching abstract prints.

Say hello to Samantha, my unimate. I still can’t get over her gorgeous turquoise mint hair color! *major loves*


Also, well done to the team of judges who did the hard job of evaluating all the designs based on workmanship, innovation, choice of fabric & use of accessories, the development of design concept, creativity & originality of the design. The judges were MODA President, Gillian Hung, award-winning fashion designers Eric Choong, & Malaysia's "King of Fashion”, Bernard Chandran. Besides that, Vincent Chong, Head of Mobile Phones Division at Samsung Malaysia Electronics, were part of the judging team who evaluated the designs for the Samsung Galaxy SIII phone covers.

Congratulations to all the designers for making it such a spectacular fashion show!

Kiss Me Lashes Photoshoot

I think by now you can see that my Facebook timeline has been all about Kiss Me lashes (that’s if you are in my FB friends list or subscribers). A number of us were given Kiss Me cosmetic products to use such as fake eye lashes, eye lash glue, eyeliner, blusher & lip gloss. Also we were able to choose a theme that we like based on the eye lashes style so I chosen the baby look. To be honest, I am still not sure why I chose that theme. lol. So one day, we gals (Yuki, Melissa & Sui Ying) decided to have a small shoot together with our bashing eye lashes. *wink wink* Below are the result of the shoot & most of you guys would have seen it in my Facebook already but nonetheless, I still want to blog about. *evil laugh*

Once each of us gotten the shots we needed for the Kiss Me project, we started to have fun by putting on silly expressions & poses. Who knew being silly can be so fun & entertaining! Not forgetting my sidekick partner, Stitch, for making the photos more adorable! teehee. Though, I think Stitch looks better than me in the photos; I mean how can I compete with those big bright eyes?... *raises white flag*

ELEVATE @ Penang International Sports Arena

Holla peeps! I just came back not too long ago from Penang. I think you will know what I was up to from seeing my Twitter & Facebook updates, as well as my Instagram. If you don’t know, 19 bloggers & myself were invited to party at ELEVATE which was held at Penang International Sports Arena (P.I.S.A.). Hence Shirnie, Vivian, Samuel & I decided to car pool together; don’t you feel Samuel is such a lucky guy? *vainness* So we started out journey to Penang on Saturday morning for a weekend party/getaway trip. Also, thank you so much to Vivian & her parents for allowing us to stay at their condominium while we were in Penang. Such a sweetheart isn’t she & I can see where she got it from too. *smile* Once we reached Penang, we went to fill our empty stomachs & after a short rest, all of us dolled up for a night of partying. *woots* I know Penang was rocked by ELEVATE as the crowd was massive; I’m not surprise if half of the Penang residents were there!

Short while we received our VIP tags & were ushered into our VIP tables. I literally felt like a celebrity because all of us just walked into the party venue without going through the hassles of queuing up, registration & security check as well. I can remember everyone in the queue was staring at us as we walked pass by them. *giggles* How I wish every party I go to will be like this. *day dreams* You have no idea how long the queue was; if I was in the queue, I will be dead exhausted by the time I reach the registration counter. lol.

To kick start the party, DJ Siera Lee spin a mix of international hits & house beats to get the crowd pumped up. In my opinion, I think she did a good job as she was the first to perform & it is never easy to get the crowd going especially it is still early of the night. Nonetheless, I enjoyed her songs & it gotten me to dance for a short while despite I had no one to dance with. #foreveralone If you must know, it was because the rest were busy taking photos of her. lol. I can’t help it that my body moves on it’s own when it hears awesome beats! *evil grins*

Also, ELEVATE had a digital photo booth for guests to take photos & each person was allowed to bring back a hard copy for remembrance. They also were recording the process & displayed them on the projector screen so everyone was able to see the good moments. It was certainly a big hit among the crowd as the queue was getting longer & longer every time I looked at it.



Later on, the Mocha Girls took on the stage with blasting performances! I got to say their dance moves gotten every guy in the room popping their eyes out. I had to fight my way through the crowd just to take pictures of them performing on stage you know. But who can blame them, they are smoking hawt! *ouch! fingers burnt* Not only that they dance amazingly, they sang pretty darn well too. One thing for sure, everyone was up on their feet cheering, singing & dancing for them! *shake it shake it*





Mocha Girls didn’t want to have all the fun to themselves so they got off the stage & approached the crowd in person. We definitely felt stunted when the Mocha Girls member came towards us. Shirnie was one of the lucky ones & she was asked to sing along. Even in candid shot, she looks so freaking cute! Oh my gawd… How is that humanly possible?!

Afterwards, the Mocha Girls decided to have a love battle standoff for one of their members so two guys were picked out from the crowd & one of them was Sam! The rule was simple, the guy who impressed the girl the most will be the winner. Sounds easy right? But... try doing it in on stage where thousands of people are watching you at the same time! Now, tell me does it sounds simple anymore? teehee.



Sam is such a gentleman; he put his coat over her & then started singing to her. Now I understand why he was such a popular guy among the ladies. xP



At the end, Sam was the chosen winner! As a reward, he received a personal serenade from the Mocha Girl. I think lots of guys were thinking, ‘why is it not me on the stage with her?!?!’. I find it that both Sam had a thing going on with the ladies during ELEVATE. Why this girl Sam here isn’t so lucky with the guys?… *sigh* Well I guess the night sided with the men only. lol.

If you think that was the end of Mocha Girls, you are so wrong! Shortly after that, they started to pull people up on stage to dance. Somehow I still can’t remember how I gotten involved with it; the last thing I can remember was drinking at the VIP table & the next thing I knew, I was on stage behind the Mocha Girls. LMAO!



The night was still far from over as Elecoldxhot took over the stage with their energetic dance performance. Let me tell you first, the stage was big but it did not stop Elecoldxhot to dance from one end to the other! It was not an easy job to capture photos of them because I had to run back & forth just to keep up with them. hahaha… However it was worth it cause watching them up close was awesome! I wish I can dance like them but I know that will be totally impossible. >.<







For the closing performance, DJ Hiloco a.k.a. Nerodoll took over the DJ booth & she was spinning out-of-the-world trans/house music. FYI, she came all the way from Japan just to ELEVATE the crowd in Penang! I couldn’t stop staring at her headphone set; so bling & eye-catching, just the way I like it. *major loves* Also, ain’t she pretty like a doll? Not to mention, she has a body of a supermodel. If I can be half a quarter like her, I will be all over the moon. hehe. She is a beauty with talent; not just a pretty face. ;)

ELEVATE rocked my Saturday night! It was such a great night for everyone with free flow of beers & liquors to drink the whole night. Furthermore, each of us had the chance to mingle around the the artists too. This is what you called a truly VIP experience. Thank you so much ELEVATE for this fabulous experience! I can’t wait for the next ELEVATE to hit other states soon; I do hope that I will have the opportunity to attend it again in the VIP style. *big puppy eyes* Once again, thank you so much ELEVATE! xoxo ♥
