GAB Chinese New Year 2012 Campaign Media Launch

Courtesy of Malaysia's Hottest Bloggers, I was invited to the Guinness Anchor Berhad (GAB) in the unveiling ceremony of their Chinese New Year 2012 campaign. Since next year is the year of dragon, they created a theme called “9 Grand Treasures for the Year of the Dragon’.

Hence, GAB is launching their latest contest in conjunction of CNY. How the contest works? Well you just need to check the caps of any BIG bottle Tiger, Guinness, Heineken or Anchor, look out for the COLOR of the bottle cap liner that decides what prizes to be won. Simple right. :)

In addition, consumers who purchase GAB beers from major hypermarkets, they too stand a chance to win when they purchase the 26-can festive packs. All they have to do is look out for the lucky cans with pull tabs that are specially coded, & match those codes to find out the prizes that they have won.

The most exciting part about is the prizes! Everyone will have a chance of winning a 1 KG GOLDEN Dragon statue, 8 pieces of 100 G GOLD Dragon coins & cash prizes which accumulates more than RM3.3 million! This is by far the largest prize contest they have ever sponsor. The campaign starts on 15th December 2011 until 6 February 2012.

Oh yea, GAB gave each of us a goodie bag & boy, Daddy was so happy to see all these beers when I brought it back home. XD

Last but not least, for the first time, GAB will also be hosting Chinese New Year nights at 9 selected new
villages. Consumers attending these celebrations will be treated to a 6 course dinner complete with Yee Sang, GAB beers and gifts. Moreover, part of the proceeds from these dinners will be donated back to the respective villages’ community development fund. What a better way to celebrate CNY than giving back to others right. :)

I’m a big fan of H&M clothing line especially their party dress. I think half of the amount of dresses I owned are from H&M. Lol! Just can’t help not to fall in love with their design. From sweet & chic designs to daring & alluring ones within affordable prices. :)

Versace is the latest designer added to H&M's list of prestige guest designers; before this was Lanvin & Jimmy Choo that I know of. I absolutely love the new Versace line for H&M! Versace is well known around the world & the clothes are price from thousands of dollars. Hence, Versace corporate with H&M to create a line of affordable range to the community.



These dresses can literally to die for I got to say. *drools* I love how Versace incorporated their classic design while adding on a spin of the modern age into it. This is the time when I wish money would fall down from the sky so I can own these beautiful dresses! *day dreaming to the max*

I’m Not Severely Underweight!

On Monday I replaced my gf, Jess for work. It was a last minute thing when she called me but luckily I was free that night. She had some emergency to take care of so she asked me for a favor. Good thing that she knows I need a drive to fetch me so she called her brother to do the job. lol! My job was to help guests to register & direct them to the event hall; it was an easy job that required few hours only. hehe…

I absolutely love my eyebrow after being trimmed by Shu Emura stylist. Still 1 of my top favorite make up brand beside Bobbi Brown & M.A.C. :)


I’m glad to see the piles of works I have is coming down. *wipe sweats* It was a great relief to see my new timetable has finally be settled too. *phew* Currently I’m working on my assignment which is due next week Monday. I think my eyesight power has increase significantly after staring at my laptop for hours to read through all the journals. "Best" part of psychology journals is you got to read at least twice to understand what is it talking about. =.=”

Besides that, my psychology midterm result is out while I’m still waiting for my business subjects result to be released. I’m satisfy that I gotten 20.4/30 but still, deep inside me I wish I could have score higher. Nonetheless I’m happy to be one of  the 18 people who score 20 & above from the 108 students in the class. *smile* I think I need lessons from the person who score 25! *envy max* Still trying to find out who is that though. haha!

Oh yea, I want to clear things up about my weight lost. A lot of people thought the reason I lost weight is because I was depress & emo. Honestly, that’s far from the truth. I managed to slim down is because of the efforts I put in my diet & exercise. Following from that, I was severely sick last month which caused me to lose more weight. Many of you think I’m severely underweight which is not true as well. I’m just slightly underweight which is 2kg from my optimal weight. :)

Other than that, I thank everyone for your compliments! *hugs*

Hennessy Artistry HALO 2011 @ MIECC

HA Halo was awesome! Finally after a very long time I managed to meet up with everyone on the same night. It was great to see all my friends while enjoying free flow of Hennessy throughout the night. Hennessy Apple is still my favorite because it taste so sweet. As you can expect many people got drunk & KO but I was glad that I didn’t see anyone puking around me. lmao! HA you rock my night! *jumps in the air*

Sadly I couldn’t take any photo of the performances because my small little camera couldn’t catch up with the speed especially in the dark. *sigh* Nonetheless I enjoyed the performances a lot especially from Chirs Willis & Yolanda Be Cool! Regatta Pre-party By Tiger

I had a great time celebrating the kick start of Tiger & Regatta partnership with a nautical-themed party. But of of course, all credits goes to Malaysia's Hottest Bloggers for the invite or not I won’t be able to attend at all. lol!  The event started off with the launch of the premier offshore passage race in Malaysia. Oh yea, the event was for media only so making it more exclusive. hehe!



The Tiger Challenge Trophy has a unique concept as is the for the first time all IRC yachts will be competing for one distinctive trophy regardless of their class. The crew with the best offshore passage race information performance based on the lowest points score wins the trophy. The route will be throughout the Regatta passage starting at Port Klang to Pangkor, Pangkor to Penang & finally, Penang to Langkawi.

Once the ceremony ended, all of us were invited to have a tour in the Historic Sailing Vessel VEGA. *woots* VEGA was built in 18923-93 & in its 120 years of life, VEGA carried cargos of bricks, building stone, pig iron & cement while facing one of the world’s roughest seas. After certified for Artic trade & rugged the North Sea, VEGA’s strength & ability to carry tons of loads are famous among it’s peers.

Here Captain Shane Granger (wearing the green t-shirt) who is also the owner & master of VEGA telling his experiences on the sea. Currently they are carrying cargos of donated medical & educational supplies on the South East monsoon to isolated communities in East Timor & Indonesia. To gather the donated supplies, VEGA visits Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand. Not only that but VEGA is going to oversee the Raja Muda Selangor International Regatta from the beginning to the end.

It was a great night being on VEGA, drinking chill Tiger beers while enjoying the cool see breeze. How often can people do that right?
