I was spook out by the news Daddy told me yesterday. One of our neighbor was murdered in his condominium. It happened few days ago when someone broke into his place while he was at home. I don’t know what happened exactly but I just know that the thieves broke into his place, robbed him & killed him. I don’t get it why they killed him… :(
Though I didn’t know my this neighbor well, I’m upset that I didn’t know his name also. But he was a very friendly guy to everyone he met. He was a very hardworking men, he did all type of cleaning & delivery services at my condo area. I remember when the first time I saw him, he was delivering newspaper to my place since Daddy subscribed his service. He work day & night non-stop; some times I can see him washing cars in the middle of the night.
He wash people’s cars as another side income of his. I always bumped into him while he was busy washing cars, almost everyday I say. Every time I pass by him, he waves his hand at me & smile at me too. Never once did I ever seen him in a bad mood, he was always so happy regardless how tired or busy he was doing his work. I know people will say, ‘he has to be friendly cause he wants to do your business & all’ but personally for me I don’t think so at all. I can’t imagine what his family is going through right now, the pain & suffering…
I really got bothered when Daddy told me this incident. Because this wasn’t the first time my condo area had a break in robbery case but this is the first time it ended with a person got killed. Before this I didn’t care about the robbery cases happened at my place but after this one, it really made me think hard. I become more worry because I know I’m home alone most of time also. *big big big sigh*
Daddy keep reminding me not to go back home late. If I do come back late. he insisted that I got someone to accompany me back all the way up to my door. I’m really afraid & worry… :(

Be More Than What You Can
It has been a week plus since my last update. I was kinda surprise when I got people asking me how come I didn’t blog for the past week. lol! Maybe because for the past couple of months I was pretty hardworking in updating my blog every alternate days? Nonetheless it did cheer me up because I thought no one will follow up with my blog. *proudness* XD
So what have I been up to lately? If you’re on my Twitter, then you'll know that I just recently completed my finals for my business semester. In the following week I had my psychology midterm; it looks like none stop exam right? But I’m very glad that is all over now. *phew* I just hope that I can get good results so I won’t disappoint myself & my parents. *pray hard*
I’m not on holiday exactly, I have a flexible timetable since my business subjects clash with my psychology subjects but hey, that’s the life of BPsych student in HELP. My new business semester will begin in 2 weeks time while I’m still having classes and experiments to conduct for my psychology subject until December. But thank God, I don’t have any exam during my birthday. *wipe sweats * ;D
However this month I think I’ve almost been sick every single day. It has been a month of continuous visit to the doctor & pharmacy; I think my body can just purely run on medicine to survive. *faints* My first time being sick so badly that my weight now is 6KG below from my normal weight. I’ve been underweight for quite some time (ain’t that serious) but this time I’m too underweight. However, I won’t worry much as I can gain weight easily. haha… ^.^

Cheers. ♥

O Never Say That I Was False of Heart
O Never say that I was false of heart,
Though absence seem'd my flame to qualify!
As easy might I from myself depart,
As from my soul, which in thy breast doth lie:
That is my home of love; if I have ranged,
Like him that travels I return again,
Just to the time, not with the time exchanged,
So that myself bring water for my stain.
Never believe, though in my nature reign'd
All frailties that besiege all kinds of blood,
That it could so prepost'rously be stain'd,
To leave for nothing all thy sum of good:
...For nothing this wide Universe I call,
...Save thou, my Rose; in it thou art my all.

MNG Missing Bag Contest
Remember my previous post on MNG Style Up contest? Guess what? They’re having a new contest again! *big big wide smile* This time the prizes are even way more fabulous which is a trip for 2 to BARCELONA, SPAIN! *jumps in the air*
The whole concept of The Missing Bag is to locate the owner of the bag. The bag contains several Polaroid photos (of a group of friends trying out clothes/accessories in a Mango store) as well as the pass for a trip for 2 to Spain.
So basically, MNG is seeking to have the fans share the photos around amongst their friends, in the hope of finding the owner of the Missing Bag (so to speak). The rest (standard contest mechanics), the more you share – the higher your chances are to win the trip to Spain! Yay!
Is so easy, just go to their Facebook page & register yourself in the contest. It couldn’t be any easier with the 6 easy steps they listed out. :)
Once you’re done with that, just key in your information & you’ll receive a text with a registration code.
The last thing you need to do is to select a photo of your choice & share it with 50 friends of yours. Easy peasy right. teehee! ;)
If I were you, I would start getting on sharing photos with my friends because I don’t want to miss out the chance going to Barcelona! Whoots! *spams Facebook* Wakaka…

To celebrate this exciting annual beer drinking festival, Malaysia's Own Oktoberfest features Malaysia‘s favourite beer, Carlsberg, & an array of the three most popular Bavarian brews from Germany.
Carlsberg (5% ABV), a lager beer founded by J.C. Jacobsen in 1847, is brewed with a pure yeast strain named Saccharomyces Carlsbergensis and perfected by the Danish art of brewing. It is an international brand that is available in more than 140 markets worldwide. Carlsberg is the most preferred beer brand in Malaysia according to the Millward Brown Peninsular Malaysia 2010/2011 (Global Research Agency).
Erdinger Weissbier (5.3% ABV), pioneered in the 70’s, was the first German wheat beer to be distributed nationwide. Today, Erdinger is synonymous with German wheat beer and is sold in more than 70 countries. Erdinger is brewed according to traditional recipes and has no preservatives, additives and pasteurization, complying with the Bavarian Purity Law 1516.
Franziskaner Weissbier (5% ABV), a traditional Bavarian wheat beer with more than 600 years of history, is refreshing and aromatic in character. This Bavarian beer is naturally cloudy and copper-coloured and enhanced with a sweet malt taste with a smooth creamy texture for finish.
Löwenbräu (in 5.2% ABV), an original “German Munich Beer”, is famous at Oktoberfests. It is a lager beer that is refreshing with a taste of malt and mild hop bitterness. The beer is light to the taste, bright golden-yellow in colour, and truly complements the Bavarian drinking experience.
As I have personally experienced one of their party, it definitely lives up to its reputation. I was pampered with good food, great beers & I even participated in the chicken dance! I can’t wait for the next party. :D

ADV: Malaysia's Oktoberfest @ Ecoba
All thanks to Malaysia Hottest Blogger (MHB) for inviting me to celebrate Oktoberfest @ Ecoba, PJ last night. What a great way to start off the month of October I got to say. *big wide smile*
Calling all party people! Malaysia's Own Oktoberfest is here in Malaysia! *screams*
Calling all party people! Malaysia's Own Oktoberfest is here in Malaysia! *screams*
For first time in history, Carlsberg Malaysia has recreated the perfect setting to celebrate the world renowned Bavarian national festival, the famous Oktoberfest! Get ready to put your party hat on as this will be one of the greatest month of the year.
This begun when Crown Prince Ludwig, later to become King Ludwig I, was married to Princess Therese of Saxony-Hildburghausen on 12th October 1810. The citizens of Munich were invited to attend the festivities held on the fields in front of the city gates to celebrate the happy royal event. The fields have been named Theresienwiese ("Theresa's fields") in honor of the Crown Princess ever since, although the locals have since abbreviated the name simply to the "Wies'n"..
This year marks the 178th Oktoberfest & is the largest festival in the world, with an international flavor characteristic of the 21th century: some 6 million visitors from all around the world converge on the Oktoberfest each year.
And since the Oktoberfest is still held on the Theresienwiese, the locals still refer to the event simply as the "Wies'n". So "welcome to the Wies'n" means nothing other than "welcome to the Oktoberfest"!
1 liter of Carlsberg beer to kick start the night! They were serving 4 different types of beer which were Carlsberg, Erdinger, Franziskaner & Lowenbrau.
The beer booth was busy the whole night; the queue never seem to end. lol!
There were many fun fulfilling games throughout the night! :)
Credits to Malaysia'a Own Oktoberfest for the photos.
Me, Vivian, Irish & Naomi participated in the chicken dance but I was out of tune most of the time. This is the consequence of having 2 left feet. lol…
This is the only photo where I don’t look ugly but I did enjoyed doing it. Made me laugh at myself which is not a bad thing. hehe.
As you can see everyone really enjoyed themselves so much that night. The games got everyone going all out to participate. Not to mention the awesome beer served that got everyone wanting for more. I'm pretty sure no one left without good tasting beers in their stomach. LOL!
FYI, I had wardrobe malfunction where my tube dress was too big that it kept falling off. *smack forehead* Hence, I wore Bii’s shirt for the night. It suits my purple contact lens right! hehe…
I love the effect in this photo, Bii took it for me. *muacks*
However when I tried to do so, it failed badly. T^T
You know what? Not only they had beers, foods & games, there was also a bazaar. Definitely added extra fun for shopaholics like yours truly here. XD
Of course wouldn’t left the party without taking a photo with the big man. Thanks Tim for the invites! *big big wide smile*
MHB in the house! *winks*
Awesome party! A night to be remember for sure. ;)
So if you don’t want to miss out the upcoming parties in Oktoberfest, quickly like their Facebook fan page now @ Malaysia’s Own Oktoberfest!
A thoughtful reminder to all of you, please PARTY RESPONSIBILITY. Don’t drink & drive aite. ;)
Cheers to Oktoberfest! *raise my glass up*
