Nasi Lemak 2.0

Courtesy of Noobie, I was invited to attend the gala premiere of Nasi Lemak at e-Curve. *big wide smile* As usual my +1 is Darling Reiko. hehe! In the beginning, I thought was another normal movie screening but to my surprise, it was a red carpet event. It is great to see our local movie production receiving good response from the public. ;)

Had dinner with Thong Kai & his friend, Gim, at the Paddington House of Pancakes. The food was just average, the portion is very small. It wasn’t enough to make me full even & I’m a very small eater. So you can imagine how small the portion is until I can say is not enough for me. *faints*

Thought of capturing a candid photo of them but Gim is so alert to the camera. #epicfail LOL!

Done with dinner, we headed to the red carpet event at the fountain area. *jumps for joy*

You know what? I’m actually very shocked with Nasi Lemak 2.0. It literally exceeded my expectation towards it. I had fun watching it from the beginning until the end, though certain scenes leave me in confusion. It’s fun to see how they incorporated all the races in the movie, different languages just by using nasi lemak. *thumbs up* 



I’m please to say both me & Darling left the cinema with happy smiles on our faces. *winks*

The first thing I realized when I opened the package was the instructions manual. It is very easy I got to say after reading the instructions given. Made my work way easier. heh!

This is how it looks like at the back of the skin before you peel it off. It comes in a grid network so can be easily measure & cut out according to your laptop size.


Using a pencil & a ruler, I started to draw out the measurements of my lappie.


After that, I cut out accordingly to the lines I drew. This is how it looks like after I cut it. :)


Of course not forgetting the inside part which is right below your keypads. Can’t only focus on the outside & forget about the inside part right. :P


Once the cutting process is done, is time to PASTE! My favorite step among all because is the easiest! LOL!

Major transformation right! *burst out laughter* Didn’t expected my ever-so-sweet-pink-lappie can ever be this dark in her lifetime. HAHAHA!!! If you think the outer part looks so cool, wait until you see the inside part. *giggles*

At first I stick the skin without covering the mouse pad area.


Afterwards, I stick the remaining skin on the mouse pad. In my opinion, it definitely looks better with it. Do not be alarm just yet. This doesn’t mean you can't use the mouse pad after covering it. It still works the same. :)


The best part of the skin is that you can reuse over & over again! As written on the card, it is water resistant, scratch resistant, reusable & clean removal. My favorite part is the clean removal because it is so easy to peel off & no left over glue can be seen at all! :)



Since is reusable, remember to keep the Kraft paper after you’re done with it. teehee!


Overall, is a great product for me. It is super easy to apply on the laptop without worrying of air bubbles or creases. Moreover, it can be applied on flat & curved surface as you can see on my lappie which is curving on the sides. Furthermore, it took me less than half an hour to complete it. Plus, their affordable prices make it even more worth while. *jaw drops*

I don’t know about you but I’m already planning to get my next skin from them. *evil laughs* XP

Skin Allergy is a B****

 

SKIN ALLERGY… FML x 100000000!!!

Somehow, somewhere I gotten skin allergy. I was so worry when I saw my body keep popping red dots everywhere & it gets worse with each passing day. My doctor told me is either I’m allergic to certain food or I got bitten by bed mites from the beds I slept on before. Daddy kept asking the places I stayed over recently whether the beds clean or not? I have no idea to be honest. As for food, I have been eating the same things. *sigh*

I’m always prone to get infected compare to normal people. My immune system has been that bad since young, both internally & externally according to Mummy. Hence I got to take extra precautions to avoid. For now I’m taking medicine everyday & applying cream on the place got infected. Next week I need to see doctor again for a follow check up. :(

As for now I’m in home arrest. T^T

Monster Deadbeats

I miss moving my body to the music beats! *giggles* I love to dance though I don’t dance like those professional dancers. Maybe one day I can become a pro dancer? As if that will ever happen! *day dreaming* LMAO! Nonetheless hearing these songs definitely can bring up the party mood. LET’S DANCE! ;)

My legs are itchy to dance! *faints* Finding excuses to dance. LOL!

6th Month Anniversary

17 August 2011 was the day I looked forward to very much because it marks the six months we've been together. ♥ ♥ ♥ So on our special day, Bii & I decided to go to 1U to celebrate. :) Bii picked me up from my place & he brought me the durian cake he baked. Wee~ I ate it all the way to 1U & I finished it because it was so delicious! *big wide smile*

Once we reached 1U, we had our lunch in an Italian restaurant which I can’t remember what is it called. *smacks forehead* Since I was so bloated from the durian cake, I shared with Bii instead. To be honest, the dish portion is huge, I doubt I can finish one by myself. >.< However the food tasted real good; recommended to try. :P

After that we went to watch ‘Cowboy & Aliens’. The movie is alright for me, nothing much special actually except great actors in it which are Harrison Ford & Daniel Craig *drools*. While we were enjoying ourselves much, my contact lens cracked. FML… Among all the time, it had to happen now. @_@

Quickly after the movie ended, we went to search for my contact lens. I was like a blind mouse, unable to see things. Luckily managed to buy a pair of contact lens in a shop which sells stuffs from online blogshops. *wipe sweats* Wanted to get the same lens design but don’t have my power so gotten a new design instead.

Not only that but the promoter who served me when I was buying the contact lens, we bumped into her and her bf in McD. Without realizing the four of us were chatting all the way & it was great to make new friends like them. Jonathan & Yoko, great to know you guys! If you guys are reading this. lol!

 

Later on we headed to Movida for our dinner because Bii wanted to eat the Lamb Shank (not sure what is it called exactly) pretty badly. hehe. I only went there once to club & that was like ages ago. It was my first time trying their food & is so nice! Bii is very good in choosing places to eat. *loves*

Bii was so busy with his iPhone. *emo* :P


Hence I started to get bored & took random pictures around me like this one. =.=”


Nowadays Bii likes to camwhore a lot, more than me! haha. It seems my virus has infected him. LMAO.

I had one of the best day of my life; all thanks to Bii. ♥ To make things perfect, Bii surprised me with 3 gifts at 3 different times! *heart melts* The first gift he gave it to me when he picked me up in his car. A very sweet card with a very cute bear decoration clock. ♥





The second gift he gave it to me after dinner. Suddenly it appeared from his back. I wonder when did Bii started to learn to do magic. hehe! He gave me 3 very-the-me-rings & a lovely sterling silver pendant from Espirit. ♥



 

The last gift was when he fetched me back home. Before I left his car, he took out another present under his seat! Surprised for the third time.*laughs* To my very surprise when I unwrapped the present in the car, a Lady Gaga’s Heartbeats earphones appeared! ♥



Thank you very much Bii for all the gifts you given me & all the efforts you invested in making the surprises. I appreciate dearly from the bottom of my heart & it made me fall in love with you all over again. I really hope you like the present I gotten for you. :)
