This year 31st August 2010, our country is celebrating its 53rd Independence Day! Happy National Day everyone!

So how are you celebrating your Independence day? Well for me, I'm stuck at home studying for finals which starts on the 2nd September. When everyone was busy count downing for Merdeka, I'm count downing to my finals. FML... >.<

Nevertheless, I did had some fun during Merdeka's eve when my friend asked me out for yum cha session. At least, I managed to get out of the house for some fresh air. *haha* Then we played pool until 3 something in the morning. FYI, my pool skills really drop down a lot!

Step Up 3D

Last week Wednesday, I was very fortunate to be invited by Xiang for the premier screening of Step Up 3D. Of course thanks to Adverlets for the free screening! It was held at Tropicana City Mall & it was my first time watching movie there. lol!

Not only that, it was my first time sitting on the cinema floor during the movie! *haha* Due to unforeseen circumstances but nevertheless I still had lots of fun in the cinema! :D

The movie was just good effing awesome! Though the story line was predictable but the dance moves were totally out-of-the-world! I mean this movie is famous for their dance routine & this time they definitely didn't let down the audience. I don't want to be a movie spoiler so faster go watch it in cinema now! *winks*


I give it a rating of 8/10. teehee ♥

Cats & Dogs Premiere Screening Passes

Brief synopsis:

I wanted to put in the video trailer but got some technical difficulties causing me unable to put the trailer. *smack forehead*

I want to watch "Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore" because I have already watched the first sequel, so of course got to watch the following sequel to it.

I would prefer dogs as my pet. Well mainly is because I have never rear one before due to the fact I'm staying at a condominium & I have always wanted a dog! I got to say my dream dog would be the Golden Retriever. hehe ♥

I'm extremely happy to see one of my dearest babe, Jacquelyn has finally graduated from UTAR! I have known her roughly about a year since I started to blog. We grew closer as we met more frequently through events in the beginning & then without realizing we have become such good friends until she is one of my ji mui now. *winks*

I feel very grateful when she invited me to her convocation which was held last Saturday at Wisma MCA, nearby KLCC and Ampang Park. It was my second time attending a convocation (my first time was at my sister's graduation at UM).

Though I'm very sad that you are leaving to Singapore next week to start your career but I wish you all the best in your future undertakings! Don't forget me when you have been a famous hairstylist. *giggles*

Toni & Guy’s Graduation Day (Part 1)

As I mentioned before this, I participated in a runway show right. Well that day has finally arrived and it was an eye-opener for me. I had a lot of fun that day, met a lot of new friends too. I learned how to post in front of the cameras & how to walk on the catwalk too. *winks*

Below are pictures taken before the show started. FYI, I did took some pictures before the event started so I can show you guys the behind scenes scenario but I didn't know all the photos taken were damaged! After I restarted my phone then only all the pictures came out alright.

p.s. - I only knew it right before the show started. FML! >.<

Alright, this post is conjured out from pure randomness & boredom. *haha* That's why I put the title as "Untitled".  hehe ♥

Not exactly pure boredom because there are a few things I want say it out also. This has been a hectic week for me as everyday I have been out of home for classes, outings and etc. There aren't any photos that I can post up because I didn't take any. lol.

I'm glad that lately I had met up with my blogger friends which I have not seen in ages except for some (my pool kaki; you know who you are). *winks* That's one of the main reasons why I blog because able to meet new friends every time. =)

Daddy has been in good mood lately also. Since this month is mega sales time so Daddy loves to shop in this period of time. By coincidently, met up with Daddy at KLCC & gotten myself a denim bf shirt from Topshop (was a new arrival stock so no discount). All thanks to the courtesy of Daddy! ♥ ♥ ♥

As for my university life, so far so good. Gotten back all of my midterm results, it was alright but I was expecting better so I'm a little disappointed with myself. But I still haven't get back my assignment results but I hope I did well in it. *prays*  Had Parents Day at HELP & it went much better than I expected. Daddy seems to be pleased with what my lecturer said. *wipe sweats* 

Celebrated Mel's birthday at Nandos, Midvalley. The services were horrible! I swear to myself that I will never go there ever again. Not only that, I will be participating in a catwalk show, my very first time in fact & its taking place tomorrow. It will be a good experience for a "shy" person like me. *giggles*

Make-up

Before you start reading this post, let me warn you that I DON'T look like my normal self. As can be seen in the title, I had went for a make up practice @ Times Square. Why you might ask? Well is because I promised my friend, Billy (a student in Tony & Guy Academy)  to be one of his models. hehe. ♥

He is having his graduation this coming Sunday & every hairstylist need so show their workmanship on a runway. Judges will be there to evaluate them, see whether are they qualify to graduate from the academy. There will be 7 hairstylist and each of them has 10 - 14 models. My dearest Reiko joined in as well. =)

The whole process didn't take that long actually but we took a long time because was waiting for the make up artists to arrive. Nevertheless I really enjoyed myself a lot. FYI, this is my THIRD TIME make up in my life so far. So I'm very noob in these kind of things. *haha*

The next thing would be to do some touch up to my hair this Thursday. Billy gonna trim & color my hair in a lighter shade of brown he said. After that will be the real deal which is the catwalk on the gaduation day which I never did before. Though I'm nervous but I will try my best to have fun! hehe. ♥
